Daniel L. Barnes has been licensed to practice law since November 7, 1997. He is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law. His undergraduate degree is in Chemistry and he has a Master of Public Health. Mr. Barnes is a veteran of more than thirty jury trials to include both prosecution and defense in criminal law.
In family law he has been engaged in the representation of parents and grandparents in Child Protection Services, cases including jury trials. He has had numerous cases involving child custody, divorce, division of marital property, and parents and grandparents rights.
